Utility relief fund

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BLACK LIVES MATTER MANCHESTER

In the Spring of 2021, Black Lives Matter Manchester and Black Lives Matter Nashua teamed up to provide utility assistance and relief to BIPOC in New Hampshire.

This fund initially set out to disperse up to $5,000 in relief to BIPOC and their families in need. Once our goal of $5,000 was met, we reassessed our funding and continued to provide additional resources and support where applicable. Covered utilities included one month of gas, water, heating, electric or wifi. We limited disbursements to one stipend per applicant.

Together, we disbursed a combined amount of over $16,000 to applicants in need across the Granite State.

If you have any questions, concerns or feedback about this fund, please contact Black Lives Matter Manchester at info@blmmanchester.com and Black Lives Matter Nashua at info@blmnashua.com.
